 How can I contact the store owner?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by the manufacturer for print-on-demand and will vary depending on the number of items, weight, etc. 

Shipping on handmade items is calculated by weight and will vary depending on the number of items and delivery location.

 When will my order ship out?

As we are currently working with print-on-demand suppliers the shipping times may vary. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible typically within 5-7 days. 

Handmade items will be shipped within 2-4 days.

How long does shipping take?

 We cannot guarantee any shipping times, as it depends on the print-on-demand supplier. Our recommendation is to allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be delivered. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@traceywooden.com.

Can I track my order?

If there is tracking available for your order, the tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you were sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me at support@traceywooden.com and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Alternatively, you can get a refund, if you prefer. 

What payment types do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards.

Only one of my items has shipped, where are the others?

Because our store is currently using mostly print-on-demand for our products, they may be coming from different suppliers in different parts of the world. Therefore, items may ship individually and may vary in shipping times and costs.
